Assessment
During this in-depth appointment we will go through a full-body mobility and stability assessment, grip strength testing, as well as have a comprehensive conversation surrounding your current nutrition and lifestyle. This will lay the groundwork for your future training program, nutrition strategy, and lifestyle roadmap. ​
In-Person Training
We service a limited amount of clientele in the Vancouver area out of a semi-private personal training studio. We offer 1-on-1 Private Personal Training sessions, as well as Small Group (3-4 participants) Semi-Private Personal Training sessions.
Clientele can expect world class personal training services, along side individualized workout programming, individualized nutrition planning, and high touch accountability from us.​​
Online Coaching
1-on-1 coaching program including customized workout programming, individualized nutrition strategies, and high touch personal accountability. This service features weekly progress assessments, text support, workout video analysis, and access to a myriad of high quality resources.
